A large touch display enables intuitive product selection and creates space for brand communication, while an open, configurable platform allows concepts to evolve over time. Combined with reliable operation and thoughtful details for day-to-day efficiency, it offers a modern foundation for self-service environments where experience, flexibility, and consistency matter.
This system is built around visual interaction and understanding.
Customers select products directly via a 22” touch display, tapping on product images instead of entering numbers. The result is a frictionless, retail-like experience that feels intuitive even on first contact. Products are no longer abstract positions — they are visible, recognizable, and self-explanatory.
Beyond images, the interface supports product names, descriptions, pricing information, and contextual notes. This allows operators to communicate clearly at the point of sale — whether for guidance, compliance, or storytelling.
The upper display area can be fully customized and used as an active communication surface. Promotional content, brand visuals, instructional messages, or regulatory information can be displayed directly on the machine. This turns the vending machine into a controlled brand touchpoint, rather than a passive distribution unit.
The entire system is powered by Android, enabling extensive configuration and long-term flexibility. From interface customization to fully bespoke applications, the platform allows operators to adapt the machine to their concept — not the other way around.
With 6 rows and 10 slots per row, the machine offers dependable product dispensing and flexible configuration options. The mechanical design is proven, robust, and optimized for consistent operation.
A standout operational feature is the large, non-refrigerated storage compartment integrated on the right-hand side of the machine. This space allows operators to store refill products, accessories, or consumables directly inside the unit — reducing service time and enabling smoother day-to-day operation.
High-quality materials, a solid steel construction, and a service-friendly internal layout ensure durability and ease of maintenance. Combined with its open software architecture, the machine is designed for long-term use, scalability, and evolving use cases.
This is not a machine optimized solely for vending. It is a configurable self-service platform for brands, operators, and environments that value clarity, control, and experience.

The SMART model uses the same proven vending mechanics as the BASIC, including motors, spirals, cooling, and product delivery, which means day-to-day operation is just as stable and predictable. The 21.5-inch touch display is an additional customer interface and does not affect the core vending process. Even in the rare case of display damage, the machine itself remains functional, and the display can be replaced individually at a cost of approximately 350 €, keeping risk and downtime clearly limited.
Yes. The SMART model offers the same high level of flexibility as the BASIC. It has 6 rows with up to 10 slots per row, resulting in 60 slots total, with adjustable slot heights ranging from approximately 7 cm to 25 cm. Rows can be repositioned to accommodate bottles, snacks, or mixed assortments, and spirals can be exchanged at any time. Replacement spirals can be ordered via the member area and swapped in around 2 minutes, allowing easy adaptation without technical knowledge.
Depending on configuration, the SMART model holds approximately 350 to 700 products. A single slot typically fits around 6 drinks, about 8 bags of chips, or up to 15 bars or similarly sized items. While exact capacity depends on product dimensions, the machine is designed to carry enough stock for stable operation without frequent refilling, even in higher-traffic locations.
Handling and operation remain simple. The machine weighs approximately 360 kg and can be moved on site using a standard pallet jack, with careful short-distance repositioning also possible when unloaded. Power consumption is around 550 W via a standard 220 V / 50 Hz Schuko outlet. Daily operation, including pricing, product setup, and system messages, is managed directly on the machine through a clear interface, without requiring technical expertise.
The SMART model offers the same operational stability, low maintenance, and predictable running costs as the BASIC, while adding a modern touch display that improves customer guidance, product presentation, and perceived value. Operating costs remain low, and cashless payments via Nayax typically involve a base fee of around 14 € plus 4% per transaction in Germany or around 15 € plus 2% per transaction in France. This makes the SMART a controlled, low-risk upgrade that increases customer experience without increasing operational complexity.
