Delivery & installation of your vending machine: A short explanation

How it works – clear, predictable, and straightforward

Vending machines are sturdy devices and weigh around 350–400 kg, depending on the model.
They are therefore transported using professional pallet shipping, as is standard practice in the machinery and equipment sector.

In short:

This is routine for the shipping company – and nothing unusual.

1. Transport & delivery time

- Once your vending machine is ready for shipment, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days.

- Delivery usually takes place on weekdays (Mon–Fri) in the morning.

- Transport with 7.5-ton trucks including tail lift.

- Delivery at least to the curb.

- On request: delivery to the place of use, provided it is accessible at ground level.

- On site, the shipping company moves the vending machine with a pallet truck.

- In most cases, delivery is smooth and uneventful.

2. Packaging & delivery

To ensure that your machine arrives safely, it is carefully packaged:

- Sturdy disposable pallet.

- Screwed-on wooden paneling.

- Additional protection with Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic wrap.

- The packaging is functional and designed to reliably protect the machine.

3. Important: Visual inspection upon delivery

After the carrier has unloaded the machine, you should briefly inspect it from the outside. If you notice anything (e.g., dents or damage):

- Please have the carrier make a note of it immediately.

- Take photos.

- Pass on the information promptly.

This ensures that everything is clearly documented and can be clarified quickly.

4. Notes on installation (especially outdoors)

If the machine is not going to be put into operation immediately, we recommend:

- protecting it from the weather (e.g., with a cover)

- avoiding unnecessary risks

- For permanent outdoor use, the following applies:

- the machine should be covered

- Simple protective measures are advisable in strong sunlight

5. Installation & initial commissioning

The installation itself is straightforward:

- Operation via a normal household power outlet (outdoors = weatherproof power supply)

The machine can be:

- anchored to the ground or

- additionally secured to the wall

After installation, a quick check is sufficient:

- Is the machine stable?

- Is there power?

- Does the device start as intended?

Tip: The keys to your machine are attached to the power cable with cable ties!

6. Support when you need it
