Our service network ensures fast response times. Depending on the situation, we support you by remote assistance, on-site service or rapid spare-part delivery. Whether a small component or a larger repair — your operation stays secure and stable.
How long do delivery and installation take?
Lead time depends on the model and configuration. We show the current timeframe directly on every product page and in your offer: BASIC and SMART start from one week, while NANO has a longer lead time. We plan installation with you once delivery is scheduled.
How can I request service or spare parts for my machine?
You can log into your NEOVEND account at any time and submit service requests. Files and details are uploaded easily and securely through the platform. We deal with your request quickly — with remote assistance, on-site service and the right spare-part supply.
How is invoicing handled for German customers?
Enter your VAT ID at checkout. The delivery is then treated as an intra-Community supply with 0 % VAT, which protects your cash flow. You receive a proper, tax-compliant invoice in German.
How do the payment systems work?
All systems are based on the MDB standard and are compatible with common payment modules. We rely on proven solutions with high acceptance, robustness and quality. We set up every payment system completely — including currency, individual settings and any necessary registrations (for example Nayax).
Can I lease a machine instead of buying one?
Yes! Neovend offers flexible leasing options with transparent monthly instalments. Leasing lets you start with a low initial investment and scale your fleet as your business grows.
