Most suppliers in this market are resellers. We place machines, refill them, see what sells and what does not, and are first to notice when a part causes trouble. What you hear from us comes from running them — not from a data sheet.

What customers want to know first
What does a machine actually cost?
The NANO starts at €2,649, the BASIC at €4,699, the SMART at €6,449 — all net. Modules you choose come on top. The quote shows the full figure before you commit.
How long is delivery?
From one week on the BASIC. The NANO and SMART have longer lead times because they are built differently — six and twelve weeks respectively. If a chosen module is out of stock it can take longer; we say so beforehand.
Is my location worth it?
It depends on footfall, time of day and intent. We look at it with you — and say no if it will not pay off. We operate enough machines ourselves to know how a poor location ends.
Buy or lease?
Both work. Leasing keeps the initial outlay low and instalments are often deductible as a business expense — check with your tax adviser. Buying under a verified VAT ID allows intra-community delivery.
What if something breaks?
You have a named contact on WhatsApp, phone or email. Because we run the same machines, we know the common faults and can often tell you the cause on the phone.
Can I get the machine in my own design?
Yes. BASIC and SMART can be fully wrapped — your logo, your colours, your artwork. The configurator shows it to you before you ask.
